AML / KYC

Beneficial-owner KYC on every dealership at signup. Transactions over $10,000 in cash equivalents are flagged for FinCEN compliance review.

TITLE COMPLIANCE

MyDealerBid never receives, holds, signs, processes, or touches any title. Every title moves directly seller → buyer via FedEx Overnight or UPS Next Day Air with carrier tracking uploaded to the platform. Sellers are 100% responsible for completing the reassignment section on the back of the title and for ensuring federal Truth-in-Mileage Act (TIMA) odometer disclosure is satisfied. Branded titles (salvage, rebuilt, flood, lemon) are surfaced prominently in Red Light lane listings.

REPORTING & APPEALS

Suspected fraud, shill bidding, or counterparty misconduct should be reported to compliance@mydealerbid.com. Suspension appeals are reviewed within five (5) business days.
