WHAT WE COLLECT

Dealer business information you provide during application (dealership name, EIN, license number, address, contact details), account data (email, hashed password, role), and activity data tied to your account (bids, listings, title-desk events).

WHAT WE DO WITH IT

Operate the marketplace, including bid matching and title transfer.
Verify dealer eligibility via existing wholesale auction credentials and state license databases.
Compute and publish trust scores using transactional data.
Send transactional emails (application status, hammer notices, title events).
Comply with applicable AML, KYC, and state motor vehicle law.

WHAT WE DON'T DO

We do not sell dealer or applicant data. We do not run advertising on the platform. We do not share bid history with third-party data brokers.

RETENTION & DELETION

Active accounts retain data for the life of the account plus seven (7) years for regulatory compliance. Closed accounts: business records are retained for seven years; personal contact data is purged within 90 days of closure on request to privacy@mydealerbid.com.
